Secret Bay and Puri Jati are known for muck diving: slow, close-up dives over sand and seagrass rather than coral, looking for the small and unusual creatures that live there. They are a different kind of diving from Menjangan's walls, and a favourite of underwater photographers.

Both sites are dived from the shore, and the day includes the drive there and back, two guided dives, tanks and weights, and a packed lunch.
