This full-day trip runs inland from the coast to the cooler central highlands. It visits the waterfalls around Munduk, the lake temple of Ulun Danu Beratan and the market at Bedugul.
From there the route runs to Jatiluwih, where the rice terraces are part of Bali's UNESCO-listed subak landscape, and back by way of the hot springs. Plan on ten hours, leaving at 08:00, with a private car and driver.
